Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life nursing preferred
• Hospice/palliative care certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, communication, and compassionate care skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition, pain, and symptoms; implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments focused on comfort and symptom control
• Educate patients and families on hospice care, disease progression, and end-of-life planning
• Document care accurately and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families
