Join a Tucson, AZ medical center as a locum gastroenterologist providing inpatient and outpatient supplemental call coverage. Coverage begins December 24, 2025 and continues on an ongoing basis. This is call-only coverage with a 1:1 beeper schedule (24-hour shifts, 7a–7a). Required on-site response time is 30 minutes; callback compensation is 20%.

Required clinical skills and procedures

• Upper GI endoscopy: with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery/laser), variceal injection, PEG placement
• ERCP: diagnostic and therapeutic
• Small bowel biopsy
• Lower GI procedures: sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy

Qualifications

• Active Arizona medical license
• Board certified/board eligible in Gastroenterology
• Completed fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• DEA registration
• Clean professional record

Reason for coverage: supplemental locum support.
