Join our Sitka, AK team as a full-time, day-shift Registered Nurse specializing in Infection Prevention & Control. Start ASAP and lead efforts to protect patients and staff through evidence-based infection prevention practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive infection prevention and control programs.
• Conduct surveillance, audits, and outbreak investigations; analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and deliver staff education on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to reduce infection risk and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in infection prevention, epidemiology, or quality management preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CIC (Certification in Infection Control) preferred.
