Travel RN – Infusion Oncology (Scottsbluff, NE) | $2,704/40h, Days, Mon–Fri

Join a community-focused infusion oncology team in Scottsbluff, NE, as a contract/travel Registered Nurse. This daytime role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an immediate start and a weekly rate of $2,704 (based on 40 hours).

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other IV treatments per established protocols.
• Continuously assess patients (vitals, labs, clinical status) before and during infusion and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Recognize and manage infusion-related side effects and emergencies, escalating care as needed.
• Provide clear education and support to patients and caregivers on treatment plans, symptom management, and follow-up.
• Accurately document treatments, responses, and any complications in the medical record.
• Uphold infection control, safety practices, and oncology regulatory standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS required; chemotherapy or oncology certification preferred.
• Prior infusion nursing or oncology experience highly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team.
