Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Prefer experience in inpatient or medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; unit-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) preferred as applicable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and according to policy.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary team members.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, discharge planning, and self-care.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement, safety initiatives, and adherence to clinical protocols.
