LPN Clinic (State College, PA) — Contract/Travel, Mon–Fri Days, $1,580/40-hr

Join a clinic-based team in State College, PA as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a contract/travel assignment. This day-shift role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, starting ASAP. Compensation: $1,580 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Outpatient or clinic nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; additional specialty certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, obtain vitals, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments under RN or physician supervision.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient education.
• Maintain compliant, up-to-date patient records and follow clinic protocols.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment.
