LPN — Employee/Occupational Health & Case Management (Contract, Bethel AK)

We’re looking for an LPN to join a team in Bethel, AK on a contract/travel basis, starting ASAP. This is a daytime assignment (32-hour schedule) in employee/occupational health and case management, with a pay rate of $1,421 per 32 hours.

What you’ll bring:

• An active LPN/LVN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Preferably, experience in employee health, occupational health, or case management.
• Strong clinical judgment, good organizational habits, and clear communication skills.
• A collaborative approach to working with employees and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

What you’ll do:

• Help conduct employee health screenings and provide immunizations and vaccinations.
• Keep an eye on employee health status and escalate concerns to the healthcare team as needed.
• Support case management duties by tracking work-related injuries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide education to employees on health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
