Requirements:
- Active RN license in practicing state
- Experience in labor & delivery or postpartum nursing preferred
- BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery
- Assist with labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
- Administer medications and clinical interventions as ordered
- Perform newborn assessments and initial care
- Provide patient and family education on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding
- Accurately document care and collaborate with the healthcare team
