Join a contract/travel team in Hilo, HI as a Licensed Practical Nurse supporting long-term care residents. This ASAP assignment is full-time (40 hours/week) with varied shifts and pays $1,860 per 40 hours.

Key qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and continuously monitor their health status
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by an RN or physician
• Accurately document care, report clinical changes, and escalate concerns to the healthcare team
