Travel LPN (Skilled Nursing) — Days, Sun–Tue | Lake Isabella, CA | Contract

We’re looking for an experienced LPN to join a skilled nursing team in Lake Isabella, CA on a contract/travel assignment. This role starts ASAP and follows a Sun–Tue day shift schedule. The position is paid at $1,296 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor their overall health.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by an RN or physician.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation of resident care and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life.

What we’re looking for:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent communication and caregiving abilities.
• Ability to follow established care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff.
