Assignment: Contract/Travel — Labor & Delivery
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Days, 7a–7p (36-hour assignment)
Rate: $3,478 / 36 hours
Minimum Requirements:
- Active RN license in practicing state
- Obstetrics / Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
- Administer medications and interventions per orders
- Provide patient and family education on childbirth and newborn care
- Accurately document care and report patient status to the team
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary staff
