RN Lactation Consultant Program Coordinator (Days) — Pittsfield, MA (Contract)

Join a contract opportunity in Pittsfield, MA as a Registered Nurse serving as Lactation Consultant Program Coordinator. This day-shift role (8-hour shifts, holiday rotation required, no routine weekends) starts ASAP and offers $2,368 per 40 hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support inpatient lactation services.
• Provide outpatient prenatal and postpartum lactation education, consultations, and teaching.
• Support program development and documentation using Meditech Expanse (strongly preferred).

Required qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a minimum of 1 year IBCLC experience.
• At least 2,500 hours of experience as a breastfeeding consultant.
• Experience with inpatient lactation programs and outpatient prenatal/postpartum lactation education or teaching.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• All required certifications must be in hand.
• Permanent address provided.
• Travel candidates must have their own vehicle.

This is a contract/travel position; immediate availability is preferred.
