Required credentials:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document patient status and progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including assessments, interventions, patient education, and discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; supervise patient conduct and ensure order.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
