LPN/LVN - Long Term Care (Contract, 7 Weeks) — Albuquerque, NM

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a local contract team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a 7-week, non-travel assignment starting ASAP, working Monday–Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The rate is $1,012 for 36 hours.

What you’ll do:
You’ll provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians—administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and carry out thorough patient assessments to help develop individualized care plans. You’ll document changes in condition, manage medications and IVs, handle urinary catheter care, collect specimens for lab testing, and support patient comfort and mobility. Patient and family education, infection-control practices, and prompt response in emergencies are all part of the role. You may also supervise CNAs or other assistive staff when needed and will collaborate closely with the rest of the care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

What we expect:

• A current, active LPN license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Other responsibilities:
Maintain accurate patient records, safely handle and dispose of medications and supplies, promote preventive care (vaccinations, screenings), advocate for patient needs, and stay up to date with nursing best practices. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
