Minimum requirements:

• Valid, active RN state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document progress
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient education, and other nursing activities in the medical record
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
