Travel RN – Long Term Care (Honokaa, HI)

Join a long-term care team in Honokaa, HI on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This varied-shift role offers $2,280 per 40 hours and is ideal for an experienced, patient-focused RN comfortable working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.

Core responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and clinical status.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families about care and health management.
• Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• BLS required; certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing are a plus.
