Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs regularly
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Accurately document care and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
