RN Nurse Manager – CVOR/Vascular (Day Shift, Leadership Role)

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our CVOR/vascular team in Newark, DE. This full-time, day-shift role starts ASAP and is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff, improving processes, and collaborating closely with surgeons and anesthesiologists.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Hands-on experience in CVOR, vascular, or perioperative nursing. Leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, solid organizational skills, and clear communication.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations of the CVOR/vascular unit to ensure smooth, safe patient care.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff while fostering a supportive team environment.
• Maintain compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet unit needs.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
