Contract RN Nurse Practice Educator — Franklin, NH (14-week)

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a Franklin, NH team on a 14-week contract (non-travel), starting ASAP. This daytime position runs 07:00 AM–03:30 PM with a local rate of $2,183 per 37-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting with strong hands-on skills.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD) or a related field.

What you’ll do

• Partner with nursing leadership to identify learning needs and design targeted education programs.
• Lead and facilitate training on clinical skills, regulatory compliance, and other relevant topics.
• Assess clinical competence, then create and follow personalized education plans to close gaps.
• Build and run orientation programs so new hires quickly learn hospital policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Coordinate continuing education and certification opportunities to support staff growth.
• Collaborate with quality improvement teams to address patient care issues and promote better outcomes.
• Ensure staff adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep the team updated on evidence-based practices, clinical advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain thorough records of educational activities and help staff meet professional goals.
• Work closely with clinical teams to align education efforts with organizational priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
