Travel RN — Obstetrics (L&D/Postpartum) Nights | Hermiston, OR | Contract

Ready to join a supportive team in Hermiston, OR? We’re looking for an experienced RN to cover nights on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role focuses on obstetrics — caring for moms and newborns through labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. The shift is nights, with pay at $2,815 per 36-hour block.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Experience in obstetrics, labor & delivery, or postpartum care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a talent for patient education.
• BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
• Provide hands-on support during labor, assist with deliveries, and manage postpartum care.
• Administer medications and necessary interventions, and perform newborn assessments.
• Teach patients and families about prenatal care, labor expectations, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Accurately document care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
