Rate: $3,077 per 48 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Experience in PCU, step-down, or med-surg nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs routinely
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, recovery, and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care

Compliance:

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility policies and protocols
