Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Pediatric or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Core Responsibilities

• Perform regular assessments and continuous monitoring of pediatric patients
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Provide education and discharge instruction to patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and health management
