Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (Nights) – Columbia, MO, 36-hr Contract

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a Progressive Care Unit team in Columbia, MO on a contract/travel basis. This is a night shift assignment (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) with a 36-hour schedule and a pay rate of $2,182 per 36 hours. Start date: ASAP.

What you’ll bring:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Continuously monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs, recognizing trends and changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions safely and accurately.
• Rapidly respond to changes in patient status and escalate care when needed.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, discharge instructions, and self-management.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
