Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Great Falls, MT

Join a full-time Progressive Care Unit team in Great Falls, MT. This position starts ASAP and is ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Progressive care, step-down, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor patient status and vital signs; recognize and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered interventions safely and according to protocols.
• Escalate care appropriately and collaborate with providers for timely interventions.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team.
