Summary:
Provide licensed psychological services within a correctional setting, including assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, and collaboration with DOC staff to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
• Competence with DSM diagnostic standards and evidence-based treatments.
• Experience or knowledge of correctional mental health practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status per policy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and prepare required reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Correction staff and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
