Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Perioperative/OR experience preferred
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and effective communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, supplies, and OR environment for surgical procedures
• Function as circulator or scrub tech as assigned; assist surgical team throughout procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor patient status; administer medications per protocol
• Accurately document perioperative care, surgical events, and patient outcomes
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient care
