Location: Bozeman, MT | Type: Full-time | Shift: Days | Start: ASAP
Join a collaborative healthcare team leading system-wide case management operations. In this role you will support the Director in delivering comprehensive, compliant, and patient-centered services across the organization while driving performance improvement, operational planning, and policy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing, MBA, or related field preferred
- Current Montana RN licensure
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program in a hospital or clinic setting; case management leadership in high-volume environments preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director in managing departmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and system requirements
- Contribute to long-range strategic planning, care and service design, and organizational policy development aligned with the mission
- Coordinate and oversee organization-wide case management services; continuously assess and improve departmental performance
- Manage departmental resources responsibly and demonstrate clinical, technical, and managerial competency
- Promote staff development, meet professional needs, and model system behavioral standards through leadership, teaching, and mentorship

- Strong leadership and managerial skills, including planning, delegation, monitoring, and performance improvement
- Sound judgment, patience, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in busy, high-stress environments
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong problem analysis, creativity, and decision-making abilities
- Tact, discretion, sensitivity, and commitment to confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient with standard office and clinical software (MS Office, EMR, internet applications)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
