RN Manager — Care Coordination & Acute Inpatient Case Management (Contract, Days, $4,012/40h)

Ready to lead a team focused on inpatient case management and care coordination? We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a contract/travel position in Kentfield, CA, starting ASAP. This day-shift role pays $4,012 per 40-hour week and combines hands-on clinical oversight with operational leadership to improve patient flow and outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Background in inpatient case management, care coordination, and leadership preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; CCM or case management leadership certification is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the case management team to promote consistent, high-quality care.
• Lead and review patient assessments, individualized care plans, and discharge planning to support safe transitions.
• Ensure clinical practices meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, social work, and other disciplines to coordinate care.
• Track quality metrics, patient outcomes, and utilization-review processes to identify improvement opportunities.
