What we’re looking for

• Current, active RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS required or preferred depending on unit.
• Acute care or hospital experience preferred, though new grads may be considered.
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and physicians.

What you’ll do

• Deliver direct patient care, perform thorough assessments, and monitor patient status.
• Safely administer medications and treatments and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Accurately document all care and assessments in the EMR.
• Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Teach patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times.
