Behavioral Health Care Manager RN — Full-Time Days in Juneau, AK (BLS, Case Mgmt)

Join our team in Juneau, AK as a full-time Registered Nurse working day shift—start ASAP. In this role you’ll focus on behavioral health care management, partnering with patients and a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and continuity of care.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized behavioral health care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and update plans as needs change.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other team members.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory and quality standards.

Who we’re looking for:

• An active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing or case management is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; psychiatric or behavioral health certifications are a plus.
