Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab (Great Falls, MT)

Join a contract travel team in Great Falls, MT, providing cardiac cath lab nursing care. This position starts ASAP and is scheduled for 36-hour assignments at a rate of $2,434.

Key qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Prior experience in cardiac care, cath lab, or critical care preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare patients and support cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Continuously monitor and document vitals and cardiac status before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and contrast agents safely and accurately.
• Provide clear education to patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and follow-up care.
• Accurately document care, procedural details, and patient outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, technologists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
