Schedule: Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Rate: Travel $2,383/36 hrs; Local $2,347/36 hrs

Requirements:

• Valid, active state license to practice as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Position summary:
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Deliver individualized, evidence‑based care while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and supporting patients and families through education and skill generalization.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic testing to identify the type and severity of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and dysphagia management.
• Recommend and train patients in use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies, exercises, and safe swallowing techniques.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on patient progress; maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, educators, and other team members to support holistic outcomes.
• Facilitate transfer of communication skills to daily living, school, or work environments.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
