Join a full-time CVOR team in Newark, DE — days shift, start ASAP. Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiac surgical patients, ensuring patient safety and smooth operating-room workflow.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac procedures.
• Serve as circulating nurse or scrub, monitoring patient condition and supporting the surgical team.
• Administer medications, maintain sterile technique, and manage intraoperative equipment.
• Accurately document perioperative care, surgical events, and patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff to optimize care and throughput.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Cardiovascular or perioperative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or specialty CVOR certification preferred.
