Locum Tenens Urologist — Inpatient Call Coverage (Olympia, WA)

Join a Urology team in Olympia, WA, providing inpatient call-only locum coverage to support an active adult patient population. This role begins Jan 19, 2026 and continues on an ongoing basis. You’ll cover 24-hour beeper call shifts (5–7 shifts/month) on a 1:2 rotation, with a 30-minute response expectation and roughly a 50% callback rate.

What you’ll see and do

• Average daily patient volume: 16 (about 5 phone consults and 3 admissions)
• Rounding responsibilities included
• Work alongside 2 APPs, 1 RN, 1 MA, and office staff
• Procedures performed: general urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound
• Department bed count: 25; Trauma Level II
• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered

Requirements

• Active Washington medical license or participation in IMLC
• Board certified
• BLS certification
