**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type is call only with weekend coverage needed ASAP and specific dates to be confirmed
- Schedule is weekend 24-hour call coverage from 8a–8a
- Reason for coverage is supplemental weekend support
- Practice setting is hospital-based
- Average case volume is approximately 10 cases per day
- Trauma designation is Level I with annual ED volume of approximately 250,000
- Call ratio is approximately 50% with night call included
- Hemodialysis access services are provided
- Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients
- OR access includes two operating rooms
- EMR system is Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Vascular surgery including thoracic, abdominal, and peripheral aneurysm repair
- Creation and management of vascular access including AV shunts
- Endovascular procedures including carotid stenting, aortofemoral bypass, peripheral stenting, and reconstruction for DVT
- Management of peripheral artery disease, limb gangrene, and lymphedema

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Vascular Surgeon with FACS required
- Active Ohio license required with no exceptions
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Provider must be available for requested weekend dates

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
