We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or psychiatric physician assistant (PSYCH-PA) to join our behavioral health team serving skilled nursing facilities.
* Flexible Start Times: Monday-Friday schedule with the freedom to set your own start time
* Round-and-Go Model: Typical schedule is one facility per day - no time clock, no minimum hours. Once rounding is complete, your day is yours
* Autonomous Practice: Organize your patient visits in the way that works best for you
* Strong Earning Potential: Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $144,982 to $171,978 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

**Overview**
* Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
* Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
* Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
**Qualifications**
* Active Washington PMHNP or Psych PA license with independent practice and billing capability
* Current Washington DEA registration
* Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
