**Assignment Details**
- Coverage dates start ASAP and continue on an ongoing basis
- Clinic schedule runs Tuesday through Friday from 8:00a to 4:30p
- Coverage type is scheduled clinical hours with no call
- Providers requested include one advanced practice provider
- Multiple providers will not be scheduled concurrently

**Clinical Details**
- Practice setting is outpatient urology clinic
- Average patient volume varies by day
- Admissions are not required
- Rounding is not required
- EMR system used is Epic
- Hospital stroke certification is in place
- Trauma level is Level 3

**Requirements**
- Board certified advanced practice provider
- No specific state license required to bid
- Open to Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidates
- BLS required
- ACT 10 acceptable in lieu of standard credentialing
- No hospital privileges required
- Temporary privileges are not available
- Clean file preferred for credentialing
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days or ACT 10

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
