An established healthcare system is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join its growing team in Jonesboro, AR. This employed opportunity offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Position Highlights
$400K base salary for 2 years, transitioning to a production model with higher earning potential
$80K student loan reimbursement, $2K monthly resident stipend, and sign-on bonus options
$10K relocation reimbursement, $5K/year CME allowance
4.5-day workweek with minimal primary hospital call
OB/GYN Hospitalist program for added support
Very busy practice with a large referral base and high earning potential
Facility Overview
New $450M medical campus with a 228-bed hospital and 30+ subspecialties
OB/GYN clinic space located near labor & delivery
Strong team of 5 full-time OB/GYNs and 2 GYN-only physicians
