An established healthcare system is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a growing team in Jonesboro, AR.
Position Highlights
$600K base salary for 2 years, transitioning to a production model with greater earning potential
$80K student loan reimbursement, $2K monthly resident stipend, and sign-on bonus options
$10K relocation reimbursement, $5K/year CME allowance
4.5-day workweek with no more than 10 days of hospital call per month
Large referral base with 13 primary care clinics
Very busy practice with high earning potential
New $450M medical campus with a stand-alone cancer center
Location
Jonesboro offers a small-town feel with easy access to a major metropolitan city (1 hour away). The area features excellent schools, great housing options, and a low cost of living, making it ideal for families, professionals, and retirees.
