An established healthcare system is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join its growing team in Jonesboro, AR. This opportunity offers a unique program model with a balanced work schedule and competitive compensation.

Position Highlights

$350K/year salary with 5 weeks clinic and 1 week hospital rotation
$80K student loan reimbursement, $2K monthly resident stipend, and sign-on bonus options
$10K relocation reimbursement, $5K/year CME allowance
4.5-day workweek for clinic, with 7-day workweek for hospital coverage
