Role Responsibilities
As a primary care advanced practice clinician (APC), you will be responsible for:
- Performing comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies
- Providing thorough comprehensive primary care services and promoting improved well-being for all patients
- Effectively communicating treatment plans and prognoses to patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
