Community-based health system in northern Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a large, well-established employed medical group in Rockford, Illinois. The group includes more than 350 employed providers and over 100 primary care physicians, with a long history of serving the region for more than a century. Practice details

• Outpatient, community-based family medicine practice with strong primary care infrastructure.

Candidate requirements

• MD or DO.

• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.

• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary guarantee, commensurate with experience.

• Salary range: approximately $283,693 " $302,415.
