• 3x12s or 4x12s, preferably Friday - Monday weekend coverage
• Trauma Level 1 facility with 30-ICU beds
• Radiologic exam interpretation and diagnostic taps required
• Lumbar puncture and brain death exam skills preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Inpatient neuro ICU services
