- 20 shifts per month
- 16 patient nighttime census
- Night shifts 4 pm - 2 am in house, 2 am - 6 am call from hotel
- Inpatient pediatrics only -- no deliveries or nursery
- Three senior residents assigned for support
- Night calls are rare and typically handled remotely
- PALS certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
