**Assignment Details**
- Start date December 28 2025
- Coverage dates December 28 December 29 and January 5
- Potential for additional vacation coverage
- Call coverage only with 30-minute response time
- Not in-house call
- Call ratio 1:4 including weekends
- Average one delivery per day

**Clinical Details**
- Practice setting inpatient labor and delivery
- Average 360 births per year
- C-section rate approximately 30 percent
- Occasional high-risk deliveries with referral to tertiary centers
- Nursery level I with average one nursery admission per day
- No GYN surgical cases expected
- EMR Meditech Expanse
- Total staffed beds 45 plus 20-bed emergency department
- APP and nursing staff support available
- No supervision of other providers required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within one year of residency completion
- ABOG or AOA accredited OB GYN residency
- Active Ohio license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Minimum 50 deliveries in the past 12 months including at least 5 C-sections
- Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred
- Able to report onsite within 30 minutes when on call

**Compensation**
