**Assignment Details**

- Monday–Friday schedule 8a–5p
- Scheduled clinical hours with phone-only call
- No admissions required
- Call is beeper based with 30-minute response time
- Hospitalists manage most inpatient calls

**Clinical Details**
- Hematology and oncology outpatient practice with limited inpatient involvement
- Patient volume 15–20 per day
- Practice includes infusion suite radiation therapy pharmacy lab and lymphedema services
- Rounding on assigned patients only
- EMR Epic
- Support staff includes RN and MA

**Requirements**
- Board certified in hematology and oncology
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Must be able to commit to consistent ongoing coverage
- Hospital privileges required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe 90–120 days

**Compensation**
- Rates Facility is accepting bids
