**Assignment Details**
- Start date ASAP
- Coverage as needed
- Call only coverage
- Call ratio 1:6
- Hospital-based OB/GYN call
- No backup OB/GYN coverage during locums dates

**Clinical Details**
- Practice setting hospital call
- Average deliveries include both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Labor and delivery coverage required
- Routine vaginal deliveries and C-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions
- VBAC coverage required
- Repair of third- and fourth-degree lacerations required
- Gynecologic surgery coverage including open procedures
- Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures including tubal ligation and LOA
- Major operative gynecology including ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy
- Onsite lab available
- Onsite ultrasound available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN required
- Active Pennsylvania license or active IMLC with willingness to obtain PA license
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Agreement to conversion fee structure required

**Compensation**
- Rates Facility is accepting bids
