Join a respected, high-performing neonatology team serving one of Florida’s fastest-growing and most desirable regions. Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to help support our expanding BayCare practice across multiple modern, well-resourced hospitals in the Tampa Bay area. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
- Primary Coverage: St. Joseph’s North (Lutz) and St Joseph's Women's Hospital (Tampa)
- Schedule: 10 shifts/month, 16hour night shifts and 24-hour shifts
- Practice Variety: Opportunities to rotate through:
- Morton Plant Hospital – Level II NICU (10 beds)
- Mease Countryside Hospital – Level III NICU (12 beds)
- St. Joseph’s South Hospital – Level II NICU (11 beds)
- 24/7 In-House Neonatal Coverage at all BayCare hospitals
- Team-Based Care: Night coverage always by a neonatologist or NNP; normal newborn care shared by neonatologists & pediatricians
- Large, Collaborative Practice:
- 16 Neonatologists
- 5 Neonatal Hospitalists
- 14 NNPs
- Located on the St. Joseph’s Hospital–Main campus, the flagship of the BayCare Health System
- Premier facility dedicated to comprehensive women’s health services
- Full spectrum of care: gynecologic, urodynamics, obstetrical, surgical, perinatal, and oncologic services
- Fivestory tower featuring a Level IV NICU with private rooms

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
