A high-performing, Joint Commission-accredited small acute care hospital in the Mountain West is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead and advance pharmacy services. This hospital is consistently recognized and awarded for excellence in rural healthcare. This is a full-time, exempt, day-shift pharmacy leadership role reporting directly to senior hospital leadership, offering strong system support with meaningful local community impact.

Candidates should have hospital pharmacy experience, with pharmacy leadership experience preferred (exceptions will be made for those with a strong tie to the area and/or good familiarity and comfort with our rural location). A Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required (PharmD strongly preferred), and candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Utah state pharmacist license.
