• 7 on/7 off days schedule with 8 am - 8 pm shifts
• Blocked schedule with consistent patient census
• Round in ICU with full-time intensivist support
• Patient load of 15 - 18 with APP assistance for admissions
• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
